Responsibilities

20% annual promotion plan and GWP management to make sure offer go in line with the product campaign and help to achieve product sales forecast and monthly store sales target.
10% collect SEPHORA profile and work with KA team to set reasonable goals and propose implement key stores contingent program to achieve specific target.
40% Product launch campaign management. Collect internal resource and propose appropriate event / CRM/ social/ media investment plan witch follow product campaign to transfer key product massage and brand DNA to consumers in retailer. Make sure maximum exposure in channel while ROI is controllable.
20% Keep product forecast accuracy and go-in line with both brand and market trend.
10% monthly, quarterly performance report.

Requirement：

1.Bachelor degree or above，3+ years working experience in Sephora related KA/trade marketing/communication related background

2.Prestige cosmetic industry experience is mandatory，SEPHORA channel marketing experience is preferred

3.Influent in English and Chinese, oral and written，Strong project management skill，Excellent executive capability
