- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in Changsha,, we are looking for a Commercial Specialist 商务专员

What are my responsibilities?

- Responsible for pre-sales support, i.e. Bidding support, Risk analysis, Order Calculation & Pricing, Term and Conditions review and support, Contract negotiation, Trading method.

- Responsible for all commercial tasks during project implementation, i.e. Project entry, Order processing, Cost controlling, Billing & Payment collection, Backlog report, Risk management.

- Review and analyze operation performance based on project, i.e. EBIT, inventory, cash.

- Check all the documents for booking and payment comply with internally company policy, external related regulation.

- Commercial processes optimization

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelors or above degree in relevant discipline,

- Good English language skills both verbal and written

- Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills

- 2-3 years working experience of commercial/ business admin. experience.

- Be familiar with Contract Law and good negotiation skill •

- Be familiar with Project management/ Financial Controlling
