岗位职责：

1 Daily receive/check/prepare booking, Packing List, Invoice from key customer, clarify all required shipment details with shipper/overseas customer

2 Check space and routing based on SOP and working instruction, inform CS to follow up

3 pre-check Export Docs like Packing List, Invoice and Battery Docs/DGD.

4 Booking with CS , arrange pick up and customs clearance if request, monitor flight schedule and arrival status

5 Tracking and tracing shipment status, monitor milestone and update customer daily report

6 Prepare all customer request Docs like Insurance and Customs declaration

7 Customer TMS system update

8 AR and payment follow up

9 Timely face to face coordination with customer, and revert wechat/email enquiry in timely manner

岗位要求：

Education & Qualifications Bachelor degree.

Experience 2-3 years experience in freight forwarding industry

Specialist Knowledge & Skills Computer literate(Can use Office soft like Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint )

Interpersonal & Communication Skills Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties Mandarin and English language proficiency
