Job Summary

-Lead warehouse operation team to fulfil warehouse daily operation.



Requirements

-Responsible for daily warehouse operation.

-Could lead the team and work under pressure.

-Team spirit, could work OT.



Primary Duties and Responsibilities

-Warehouse process setting up, execution and improving.

-Manage warehouse operation, find and settle operation problem in time, ensure operations go smoothly & correctly to meet customer's needs.

-Supervise and maintain quality standards for each operation, maintain a clean and safe working environment.

-Train warehouse staff in skills and processes, staff performance verification.

-Assist manager to develop related process and provide performance feedback.



Qualifications



Education and Experience

-College or above.

-4-5 years of warehouse supervision.



Languages and Communication Skills

-Good communication skill.

-Good English preferred.



Computer Skills

-Warehouse system knowledge.

-PC operation (Word, Excel)
