Responsibilities:

- Management responsibility for the finance/controlling/legal department

- Overall financial affairs and management including leading the accounting team to do daily booking entry, payment & collection, invoicing and reimbursement and relevant works and leading the controlling team to manage daily cost entries, business analysis, value flow management and relevant works

- SAP FI/CO and all other related module responsibility. Take the responsibility for Monthly FI and CO closing and generating the financial statement for both group purpose and PRC report

- Implementation of group guidelines and polices and ensure all financial reports meet group and local government's requirements

- Tax management including monthly and annual tax declaration, different taxes filing and management and control the tax risk

- Working capital management/Group treasury policy implementation to meet ongoing operational cash and capital investment requirements

- Act the major contact to support external audit and internal audit to provide financial information and support 

- Local responsibility of Budget, Forecasting incl. variance analysis

- Coach , develop and motivate other team members within finance

- Provide financial information or other business information from system for both internal or external requirement

- Internal control systems implementation

- Group transfer price policy implementation

- Legal and compliance management

- Strategic and operational projects in various areas

- Other tasks and projects in close collaboration with finance team

Requirements:

- Good knowledge of PRC and tax regulation mandatory

- Strong analytical ability and implementation of strategic changes into operational procedures

- Strong management and leadership skills

- Fluent in both oral and written English

- Good Communication skills 

- Bachelor in finance and accounting or above

- SAP experience

- Work independently under pressure

- Team work and result oriented

- Strong sense of responsibility and self starte
