Education :
2 Above B.S Degree with HR
Knowledge and skill:
1 At least 5 years experience in C&B area in multi national company.
2 Practical experience in aligning or integrating diverse companies.
3 Expert level knowledge of trends and developments in C&B, including applicable China local law.
4 Very good Excel ability and HRP system using.

Working Responsibility
Major activities that are performed by the incumbent(s) of this position.

1. Design and support to implement company's total C&B strategies and processes that consistent with Asia HQ philosophy.
2. Provide professional consulting and analysis on C&B to HR team and management team.
3. Conduct job analysis and job evaluation.
4. Evaluate the existing C&B structure of the business by participating salary survey and provide the analysis result with the market trends & develop our C&B structure to attract, retain & motivate our employees.
5. Support annual merit adjustment. Recommend salary budget, Propose merit increase & final implement according to C&B policy.
6. Develop HRP system and maintenance.
7. Assess and implement competitive benefits programs, consistent with Asia HQ with benefits and program.
8. Design sales incentive bonus plan & non-sales incentive bonus plan according to business requirement.
9. Review payroll & IIT to make sure the data is accuracy.
10. Work with Asia HR team closely to designing Job Grading and implementation in SGMT.
11. Follow up with internal/external resources to update C&B related regulations to ensure legal compliance
12. Other Job related with C&B.
