Job Responsibilities:

1. Make strategy plan for team continuous development plan, execute plan with initiative manner within agreed timeline.
2. Conduct lab foundational and improvement project, work with internal and external partner to manage project finish in agreed timeline.
3. Maintain the chemical lab test environment, and make sure the chemical test practice and routine work to meet the requirement of cGMP, GLP, ISO 17025 .
4. Responsible for team daily activity (testing work, instrument calibration, maintain, reagent, document control, sample management etc.) meet system requirement.
5. Maintain and supervision team KPI (on time/TAT etc.) to meet the target and continue improvement.
6. Conduct OOS program, provide and implement solution for testing technology challenges; perform data analysis/trend analysis to identify opportunity, communicate with customer.
7. Conduct team root cause analysis for all management system findings, implement and monitor correction/corrective action/ preventive action in chemical team.
8. Conduct team innovation activity, using project management skill to keep team perform innovation with high efficiency.
9. Make personnel development plan for team member, Implement training activity in team for both new employee and regular employee.
10. Communicate with CN and US lab technical team, identify opportunity to maintain lab high technical and management level.

Job Requirements:

1. College or University degree in science (Chemical analysis, Chemical industry, Pharmaceutical, Food etc.).
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in laboratory working.
3. Capacity of listening, speaking, reading and writing in English in fluency.
4. Strong chemical analysis, hygiene knowledge and problem-solving skill.
5. Experience in team management/lab management.
