职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责相关省份技术支持工作；
2、负责产品的售后技术指导、产品操作，提供电话和上门技术指导；
3、负责处理客户的投诉或答疑，适应经常性出差；
4、根据销售团队的要求提供相关技术支援，配合完成客户维护；
5、驻点长沙或江西，湖南、江西两省出差。
任职要求：
1、医学检验、医疗器械、生物工程等相关专业大专以上学历；
2、有医疗器械、体外诊断产品销售或售后服务经验者优先考虑；
3、了解生物学和医学的基本知识，了解生物学或医学检验实验的基本操作；
4、亲和力强，认真细致有责任心，能独立开展技术服务工作，适应经常性出差。
