Key responsibilities:

Customer satisfaction

1、Provide optimum sales service to the field and the customers; 

2、Receive & review forecast, PO from customers, delivery order to customers

3、Liaises between customers, internal departments

4、Coordinates commercial and operation activities in accordance with requirement from sales/customers

5、Escalate & address issues when there's potential risks, Update shipping info on some of the customers' online system

6、Establishes close, professional contacts with customers so as to be able to anticipate their needs and satisfy their expectations.

7、Monitor & review On Time Delivery performance, Conduct customer satisfaction survey

8、Prepare and report data for sales reports, sales and S&OP forecast and other activities

9、Implement applicable HES laws, regulations and HES work instruction;

10、Other tasks or duties as assigned.

Key requirement:

1、Requires a college degree in Administration Management or relevant education

2、3 years’ relevant experience.

3、Good verbal & written communication in English

4、Advanced PC skills with emphasis on spreadsheet skills

5、Extensive knowledge & hands on experience on ERP system ,better SAP

6、Good team player and able to work under pressure
