职位描述
岗位职责：
1、协助总经理制定品牌战略，与德国总部联系产品事务，配合事业部实施产品规划；
2、根据中国市场的需求和分析，参与产品组合，包装，陈列，定价等；
3、能编写条理清晰、逻辑严谨、细节明确的产品需求说明书；
4、研究竞争对手产品，消费者需求，产品生命周期等；
5、跟踪客户和市场需求，及时解决销售过程中出现的需求问题，协调相关资源。
任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，市场营销专业优先；
2、3年以上产品经理或项目管理工作经验，有外资公司销售经验者优先；
3、优秀的语言组织能力,文档撰写能力和沟通能力；
4、英语水平良好，工作责任心强，能适应出差等较大强度的工作压力。
