职位描述

Responsibilities / Key activities

 *Customer management:领导经销商的零售客户开发计划,制定并执行重点零售客户筛选体系,开发新重点零售客户;管理新重点零售客户销售方案执行:合同谈判/签署、营销、跨区协同等,实现销售增长。

*Shipment, Revenue: 管理经销商/重点客户进销存;推动/实现销售业绩,发现潜在差距,并推荐可能的解决方案。

*Planning: 定期评估经销商/零售客户业务,创建可实现的经销商/零售客户布局方案与销售方案。  *Trade Fund Management: 管理经销商/零售客户预算使用、代垫、核销,与销售主管一起确保核销符合标准流程。 

*Forecasting:将零售客户预测转化为经销商预测;负责提供准确及时的未来需求信息;确保零售客户和经销商之间的开放和及时沟通。

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

 *Must have: KA management

 *Nice to have: distributor management experience  High Potential
