Job Title: Process Optimization Specialist

Report to: Service Operation Manager

Mission

Help CPS achieve profit maximization, familiarize with the entire CPS operation process and methods, and become a management expert of CRM system. Also Working as the communication link between CPS operations and sales teams.

Major responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

CPS field service,On-site Workshop process improvement

Internal and external communication with CPI & CPS, Project & Sales Team

Support process digitization,support SPIRIT GO-LIVE. （CRM system or related )

Quality issue summary and daily follow up.

CPS operation team competence development.

Service operation and sales data analysis.

Service product optimization & standardization.

Key Performance Index

Process standardization

Update the information of QCM follow-up on time（< 4 days）

Update related management documents and data on time

Candidate profile

Education

Bachelor degree or above.

Experience

More than 2 years’ related process optimization experience.

International company background.

Quality related working experience in Auto Parts Company is more preferred.

Knowledge

Extensive knowledge of manufacturing industry, production methods and process improvement & optimization

Skill

Good PC skills (excel, word, PowerPoint)

Good communication and interpersonal skill;

Language

Good English skill both in reading ,written & spoken.
