职位描述:
1. Define the community development and operation strategy as well as realistic execution plan, take the responsibility for the mission that making the community as one of the critical platform to incubate our customers, partners, future workforce etc, engage and interactive with cutting edge technology enthusiasts, market early adoptions, thought leadership etc, extend Bytedance ecosystem in China.
2. Own a diversity mind sight for community development and operation by developing multi groups with different audience categories, setting up specific engagement plan by groups, building up awesome community awareness and advocacy programs, training, events etc. to keep the lasting relationships.
3. Drive event strategy, execution, and measurement for community engagement into our members-focused presence by work with cross function teams including business team, marketing team, product team, parter team, SA team and operation team etc. Scale our community engagement & advocacy programs.
4. Identify and establish working partnerships with external relevant resource, medias and user groups etc.
5. Build tactics for analyzing and quantifying the impact of our community engagement & operation.
职位要求:
1. A Bachelor degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field of study.
2. 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing, marketing communications, community marketing, and/or digital/high-technology companies/products.
3. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing long-term strategic roadmaps.
4. Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects across categories or other departments.
5. Experience at companies with a self-service customer acquisition model.
6. Deeply analytical, ability to partner closely with analysts to develop informative viewpoints.
