Key Roles and Responsibilities 

 

• Support on customer relationship management 

• Be responsible for daily invoicing process, credit controls and collect open receivables 

• Maintain Accounts Receivable sub-ledger, monthly reconciliation and aging analysis, to ensure relative accounts are accurately reconciled 

• Assist monthly closing and reporting on AR relating items, prepare accrual list for discounts/rebates/trade spending, and quarterly bad debts provision, etc 

• Accrual and reimbursement of sales rebates/discounts and trade spending on a timely and accurate fashion 

• Provide timely NOS/GP% analysis and channel/customer P&L 

 

Job Requirement  

 

• + 5 years experience in related function, 2 years experiences in FMCG industry is must 

• Order to Cash Process knowledge, clear understanding of rebate pool related process and transactions, policies and performance measurements 

• Be familiar with the business model and process for both direct and indirect sales to NKA 

• Good SAP user 

• Good communication and problem solving skills, proactive, attention to detail and analytical, patient and trustworthy
