职位描述
Mission:
Assist General Manager to prepare, retain and develop qualified staff for the company by means of an updated, proactive and effective human resource system, including training and staff relations. Talent development and succession plan. Foster company culture by strong influence and engage skill.
What is the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization:
- HR Partner works. Closely work with business managers to define human resource needs and make HR planning for both long term and short term. Advise HR solutions to biz managers to support them find, clarify, motivate and retain key staff, and ensure qualified team competency under Cluster guideline.
- According to business requirement, to ensure HR normally operation, implement improve HR policy.
- Promote company value in PLANT and cultivate more cooperative and efficient company culture via different internal communication channels and activities.
- Make annual competency development plan via competency mapping. DR and annual training plan projects, and ensure effective implementation.
- Drive key KPI including NPV, OT, Gender balance and employee engagement etc cross all cluster plants and monitor and guide on the direction
- Any other projects assigned cross cluster from cluster director
- Mobility to support other plant if there is any periodic project needed.
Responsibility:
1.Make sure to achieve learning targets by GSC China
2.Make sure to achieve plant engagement index through one voice
3.Responsible for SPS HR domain
4.Drive high performance culture and tracking DVC daily performance, NDVC annual performance distribution and low performer management
Requirement:
1. University Degree and above
2. At least 5 years HR generalist experience in MNC, 2 years as management role.
3. Multinational exposure in a predominately manufacturing environment;
4. Passionate about ensuring HR adds significant value to the business and is committed to having an excellent customer service mentality
5. Have the ability to plan , organize, be self-motivated and is a self-starter
6. Fluent English both written and orally
