The Company
SERV TRAYVOU INTERVERROUILLAGE(STI) Safety International Ltd was established on 1894 in France. On 2009, two French companies who design and manufacture the industrial safety interlocks, STI and HF Securite have merged into a new structure under STI. It makes STI interlocks system have an extended line of complementary products through more various and complete ranges. STI entered into Chinese market in 2006. We are looking for a creative, dynamic and highly motivated individual to join sales team. In return STI Safety China can offer exciting career development and opportunities.
Position Title: sales engineer
The role of the sales engineer has been created to exploit sales and support for the entire range of STI products in China. This will include selling/ promoting STI's products & providing the safety solution and technical support into all industry sectors through understanding of the customers safety needs,. The role will report directly to the China sales Manager.
Key Dimensions of Job:
? Solution based sales approach
? Proactively develop new business opportunities.
? Develop strong and professional customer relationships.
? Build and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
? Achieve and exceed all sales targets on a consistent basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
? Initiate and maintain regular customer contact and maximise the sales of the company's range of products/ solutions.
? Ability to travel frequently to visit customers.
? Ability to develop and grown the sales territory, to develop strong relationships and communication channels.
? Forecast and planning
Qualifications and skills required to perform this position successfully.
Sales Engineer will take sales and support to the market for STI's products. He must be able to work autonomously, be results driven and determined to succeed. The candidate must have demonstrated accomplishments in sales development.
? Preferred Minimum 2 years Power or Machinery Manufacturing field Sales experience.
? Strong work ethic and self motivated.
? Good communication skills.
? Team player.
? A Degree or equivalent experience in an Engineering discipline.
