- Job Specification
此职位需要用优秀的沟通能力，专业的IT技能和敏锐的主动性对长沙“生产”和“翻译”团队提供IT支持。主要职责为：

? 为长沙办公室所有团队提供现场IT技术支持服务。包括软，硬件，系统及IT解决方案。
? 公司电脑系统安装及其问题排查与解决。
? 公司内部服务器安装，维护及问题排查及解决。
? 公司内部办公和生产软件安装，应用及问题排查与解决。
? 公司硬件，软件，网络及所有IT设备管理与应用。包括所有公司IT固定资产管理。
? 长沙IT管理意见制定与汇报。

- The Ideal Candidate
? 专业工作人员。希望在全球性企业工作，成长。对工作认真，负责，并能主动发现问题，提供专业支持。
? 优秀的沟通能力，热心的服务，支持意识。能够灵活运用沟通能力解释问题，分析问题，传达问题，反馈问题。
? 全日制本科或以上文凭，必须计算机相关专业。具有良好的英语读，写技能。
? 熟练掌握计算机系统安装及其网络调试技能。
? 熟练掌握微软 (Win7, Win10, Server2012,Server2008, Office等）软件，Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, FrameMaker等) 软件，及其它主流办公，应用软件的安装，调试与应用。
? 掌握计算机及服务器硬件知识。
? 掌握苹果计算机应用。
? 了解交换机，路由器及防火墙基础知识及工作原理。
? 了解Http，FTP，Email Exchange，计算机域，IP及VPN知识及工作原理。
