职位描述：
Main Accountabilities
[Energy and Facility management]
1.     Regarding to ISO50001 requirements, establish WCN energy management, setting up energy KPI and conduct deviation analysis in committee, pushing management in the Continual Improvement way.
2.     Establish facility management procedures to keep the program running well, such as technique proposal and using JSA to make the program running more safety.
3.     Establish preventive maintenance plan in facility function and monitoring the budget.
4.     Energy consumption monitoring under budget.

[Property management]
1.     Responsible for the maintenance of infrastructure, optimal property management.
2.     Set up WCN property management procedure and monitoring & assessing the budget of sales branch office in rent/property/decoration.
3.     Set up benchmark of decoration in sales branch office with Marketing and Administration.

[Projecting supporting]
1.     Responsible for the process of getting approval from local government.
2.     Communicate the requirement between WCN/Supervision/Design institution/Construction/Government.
3.     Responsible for acceptance of facility function and getting approval from local government.
4.     Energy consumption and temporary electricity supply.

[HSE implementation]
1.     Implementation of HSE critical procedure such as Contractor HSE.
2.     Management & Management of Change & Potential incident.
3.     Management & Permit to Work in project supporting and facility management.

Requirements
1.     Technical education up to university degree (e.g. construction engineer) – depending on size of location (Over 5 years background electro-mechanical engineer).
2.     Personnel responsibility –deployment planning.
3.     Leadership qualities/experienced in team management.
4.     Formalization-, coordination-, communication- cooperation- and integration ability.
5.     Special knowledge in the field of planning, building, facility management, operation and Knowledge of electricity, environment & safety regulations.
6.     Ability to manage projects and works including outsourcing.
