职位描述
Responsibilities:
-Take complete ownership of completion for customer, including processing orders, expedites and shipment,
proactive order management;
-Coordinate customers' forecast and backlog with salesman for quick response to customer;
-Facilitate problem resolution and first call response to increase customer's satisfaction;
-Establish a strong relationship with salesman that would allow for seamless transition of work;
-Monitor customer's forecast & backlog, keep safe inventory level and improve the inventory turns;
-Good communication with internal (FSE, Marketing, Logistics and credit control epartment) and external;
-Familiar with SAP or ERP, Office
