Key Roles and Responsibilities 主要工作职责：

？ Be responsible for distributors sales target delivery;
负责经销商销售指标；
？ Engages, manages, and motivates distributors to good service level to RKA and
drive coverage and secure in store execution;
吸引、管理和激励经销商，扩大覆盖并强化店内执行；
？ Support distributors on RKA annual contract negotiation;
领导和管理重点客户年度合同谈判；
？ Responsible for developing annual RKA business plan;
负责制定区域重点客户的年度经营计划；
？ Works closely with KA team and TMK to cascade sound trade plan to distributors
and monitor the execution in field;
与重点客户团队及商贸团队通力合作，向经销商落实公司的商贸计划并监控具体执行工作；
？ Manages Trade Spending well within budget and keep on optimizing the ROI.
遵照既定预算、力求投资最大化，妥善管理专项业务费用开支。

Job Requirements 任职要求：

？ Bachelor degree or above, preferred major in business management;
大学本科或以上学历，商业管理专业优先；
？ 8+ experiences in distribution channel management in FMCG Industry;
8年以上的FMCG行业的渠道管控经验；
？ Strong knowledge of overall sales functions, sales SOPs, and above all, the channel
management;
精通销售各个职能部门、销售管理流程以及渠道管理；
？ Strong communication and coordination abilities, strong in business acumen and learning
agility;
优秀的沟通与协调技巧、市场洞察力，学习能力强；
？ Distributors management experience and NKA/RKA management experience. familiar with Distributors and RKA/NKA in Guangdong
