Key Roles and Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
? Be responsible for distributors sales target delivery;
负责经销商销售指标;
? Manage distributors and wholesales to achieve target coverage;
管理并推动经销商及批发商达成销售目标覆盖;
? Manage distributors to good service level to RKA;
管理并激励经销商向区域重点客户提供优质的服务;
? Manager DSR to deliver in store excellent execution.
带领经销商销售代表实现高质量的店内执行,实现更多完美门店。
Job Requirements 任职要求:
? Bachelor degree or above, preferred major in business management;
大学本科或以上学历,商业管理专业优先;
? 5+ experiences in distribution channel management in FMCG Industry;
5年以上的FMCG行业的渠道管控经验;
? Knowledge of overall sales functions, sales SOPs, and above all, the channel management;
熟知销售各个职能部门、销售管理流程以及渠道管理;
? Good Communication and coordination abilities, strong in business acumen and learning
agility;
良好的沟通与协调技巧、市场洞察力,学习能力强;
? KA management experience is preferable.
有重点客户管理经验优先。
