职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、通过各种渠道引进手机3C等电子产品或家居用品或服饰类卖家和供应商入驻跨境电商平台；
2、分析产品发展趋势，分析并寻找优质卖家资源和有竞争力的产品；
3、对入驻规则，产品价格，款式，需求等与卖家进行沟通协调，考察卖家资质和优势产品，管理卖家的日常问题；
3、整合分析销售数据，针对产品制定运营策略和方案，与前端销售运营人员达成良好合作，促进销售额的增长；
4、掌握负责品类的销售方式和招商政策，对促销活动实施全方位监控；
任职资格：
1．专科及以上学历，有跨境电商平台招商运营相关工作经验优先；
2．熟悉手机平板3C或家居用品或服饰类商品，有相关工作经验；
3. 英文听说读写能力强,CET 4级以上；
4．具有较强的沟通协调能力、数据统计能力，思维灵活，勇于解决问题和困难。
