职位描述：
招聘要求：
1.大专以上学历，工科背景为佳
2.英语良好
3.熟练使用ERP
4.3年以上相关工作经验

Responsibilities职责:
"1.Customer satisfaction
- Basic data maintenance and integrity in ERP system
- Execute pricing and terms & conditions that are negotiated & agreed and ensure adherence
- Ensure the smooth supply to maintain the production capacity and in the meantime control the inventory level
- Track & feedback on suppliers' performance and make sure they meet the quality, cost & delivery targets
- Help develop the supplier base
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal customers/Departments and resolve issues independently and escalate issues appropriately.
2.Value creation
- Help optimizing the overall cost of materials and drive cost down
- Support, execute, and provide inputs to improve Gates' SCM initiatives and strategies
3.People development
- To participate in training defined by the company and training to associates as required
- To participate in improvements projects and GPS initiative
4. Citizenship
- Use of Technical Data Sheet to purchase and transport hazzardous materials
5.Other tasks assigned by plant manager."

Technical/Professional Training & Qualification 技术性/专业性培训和资历
A）Essential 基本要求：
 1. Good spoken & written English
 2. Have practical experience in using ERP, preferably Oracle or SAP
 3. Proficient Office Applications skills
 4. Teamwork spirit
 5. Trading knowledge
B) Desirable 理想要求：
 1. Strong analytical, negotiation & problem solving skills

Educational Requirement 教育（受训）要求：
A) Essential 基本要求：
 1. 3 years' College Graduate
B) Desirable 理想要求：
 1. A good knowledge of Lean & Supply Chain Management. 2. Major in Chemical or mechanical
