Responsibilities:

Responsible for the Maintenance of the Building/Plant facility to ensure it performing according to plan and budget.
Provide preventive maintenance schedule for Building and Plant facility.
Ensure Building and Plant facility are in good working conditions as well as presentable manner.Liaise with local authority regarding building and environmental issues.
Liaise with contractors for facility and plant improvement needs as well.
Provide technical support to ensure safety-working environment within the Building as well as the facilities.
Ensure the Building and Facilities are well kept to required 5S standard.Key member of ISO 14000 implementation.
To participate in training defined by the company and training to associates as required.
To participate in improvements projects and GPS initiative.
Support the manufacturing maintenance when needed by the department.
Other tasks assigned by department manager.

Technical/Professional Training & Qualification
A）Essential：
Hard working and responsible.
Able to be trained as a good team leader.
B) Desirable：
Good mentality and good working attitude.
Self starter and able to work individually/independently.

Educational Requirement：
A) Essential：
B.Sc Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Fluent in English ( Written and Speaking )
B) Desirable：
Competence in AutoCad, MS Office Tools and MS Project.
Good Leadership and able to lead a team of engineers and technicians.

Experience Required：
2-4 years relevant working experience.
3 years hand-on experience in Plant and Facilty maintenance.
Familiar with Building and office construction works.
Experience in Power supply and wiring system.
