薪资福利

1．一经录用，即为本单位正式员工，与本单位签订正式3年劳动合同，全额交纳五保一金(养老、医疗、工伤、失业、生育、公积金)；

2．上班时间采用国家规定的标准工时制，上5天休2天，超出时间均算加班。.加班按基本工资全额支付：平时加班1.5倍,周末加班2倍,节假日加班3倍；

3．试用期三个月，基本工资1800元，中夜班津贴160元（中班10元，夜班12元）、加班工资300-740元。工资收入约税前2200-2700元；

4．试用期满，加月奖200-400元，学会两个工岗技能奖200-500元。工资收入税前2600-3600元；

5．公司为每位员工提供商业医疗保险。

6．公司为服务满2年的员工，提供幼儿园部分费用报销，并为其16岁以下子女提供医疗保险。

7．公司设立留用奖金和服务奖， 1-3年员工每年享有450元留用奖；3年以上员工每年享有900元留用奖，并随基本工资增长而增长；对于服务满2年的员工，发放50元/月的服务奖；

8．公司为外地员工提供春节往返车费报销。

9．年底发放年终奖（根据工作绩效定）。

10．公司实行人性化管理，每月组织大型业余活动（篮球、足球、羽毛球、乒乓球等）。在端午、中秋、春节等节假日有补贴发放，并每年组织全体员工外出旅游。

11．公司提供一顿免费工作餐；

12．公司在固定站点提供免费班车；

13．公司每年提供涨薪；

1． 三年制技校，钳工、数控、机械、化工、计算机专业；

2． 身体健壮；
