2001年，新城地产在上海证券交易所B股上市；2015年，新城控股集团在上海证券交易所A股上市，成为国内首家实现B转A的民营房企，股票代码601155.SH；2018年，新城控股集团入选新华社民族品牌工程，携手***信息传播和智库服务平台，实现民族品牌的世界级传播，共同打造中国品牌的新名片。2019年，新城持续稳步增长，实现销售金额约2708.01亿元，同比增长22.48％，累计销售面积约2432万平方米，同比增长34.21％。2020年上半年实现合同销售金额约975.21亿元。
In 2001, Seazen Real Estate was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange B Share Index.; in 2015, it was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange A Share Index, becoming the first Chinese private real estate enterprise transferring from the B-share market to the A-share market, with the stock code of 601155.SH; in 2018, Seazen Holdings was selected in the National Brand Project of Xinhua News Agency and joined hands with the national information dissemination and think tank service platform to realize the world-class dissemination of national brands and jointly create the new business card of Chinese brands. In 2019, steadily growing Seazen Holdings achieved the sales of 270.801billion RMB, a year-on-year increase of 22.48%, and the total sales area of about 24.32 million square meters, a year-on-year increase of 34.21%. In the first half of 2020, the total amount of contract sales was about 97.521 billion RMB.
