Assignment:
工作职责
1.对安装技术员进行日常管理
Provide daily supervision of all actives of Setup Technicians
2.检查每一位技术员完成工作的质量
Check quality of the work performed by each Technician
3.协助解决机床故障和质量问题
Assist in troubleshooting machine performance and quality issues
4.为新员工和客户提供适当的机床安装培训
Provide training for new employees and customer staff in proper machine setup
5.为每一个技术员提供季度技能评估和所需的额外培训
Provide quarterly skill assessment for each Technician and provide additional training as needed
6.协助部门经理评估每位员工的绩效
Assist Department Manager in review of each employee

任职资格
Your Qualifications:
1.在机械加工行业做过学徒或有制造或机械工程大专学历
Apprenticeship in machining or Associates Degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering
2.有10年的安装技术经验， 埃马克机床或类似机器
+10 years’ work experience as set-up technician with EMAG or similar machines
3.有金属切削加工方面的经验（车削、铣削、研磨和钻孔）
Experience in metal cutting (Turning; Milling; Grinding and Drilling) required
4.CNC操控经验：西门子840C、840D， 博世力士乐MT-CNC-MTC-MTX/发那科
Experience with CNC controls: Siemens 840C and 840D, Bosch Rexroth MT—CNC-MTC-MTX and/ or FANUC
5.电脑操作熟练
Computer proficient (Excel, Word, AutoCAD, etc)
6.较好的英语口语、书面交流能力
Good verbal and written ENGLISH communication skills.
7.较好的组织能力
Good organizational skills
8.在客户面前表现出专业水准
Must be able to present him/herself professionally in the customer’s presence
9.愿意出差
Must be willing to travel
