职 责 概 要:
Per the company's strategic planning, responsible for the salary system and performance appraisal system establishment, improvement, implementation and employee welfare work.
根据公司战略规划,负责薪酬体系与绩效考核制度的建立、完善、实施及员工福利工作。
职能模块1:
Design, make, improve the company's compensation system.
设计、制作、完善公司薪酬体系。
1. Conduct market research and search for relevant information (regular collection and analysis of market human resources and pay levels, and with the company's pay system comparative analysis).
进行市场调查,搜寻相关资料(定期收集和分析市场人力资源状况和薪酬水平,并与公司薪酬体系对比分析)。
2. Per national policies and regulations and the actual situation of the company to assist the company's leadership on a regular basis to amend the company's remuneration system, add, improve.
根据国家政策法规调整和公司实际,协助公司领导定期对公司薪酬制度进行修订、补充、完善。
3.Prepare monthly payroll for Chinese retail stores and Shanghai offices. Work closely with the finance team to track monthly manpower expenses.
为中国零售商店和上海办公室制作每月工资单。与财务团队密切合作,跟踪每月人力开支。
4. Study the change trend of the salary market, make the evaluation and judgment to the trend of the salary market, propose the modification proposal to the enterprise's salary plan, and provide the reference for the management decision-making.
研究薪酬市场变化趋势,对此薪酬市场的变动趋势做出评价和判断,对企业的薪酬计划提出修改建议,为管理层决策提供参考。
5. Participate in annual budgeting to provide accurate estimates of human cost budgets and trends.参与年度预算制定,提供准确的人力成本预算和趋势预测。
6. Manager or support staff assigned to the HR team of other special tasks.
经理或支持人员分配给HR团队的其他特别任务。

Responsible for the development of performance appraisal system and processes.
负责拟定绩效考核制度和流程。
1. The development of staff performance appraisal standards, assessment time, assessment methods and assessment processes and plans, approved by the implementation.
拟订员工绩效考核标准、考核时间、考核方法和考核流程和计划,经批准后实施。
2. Formulate the company's reward and punishment system and plan, and implement after approval
制定公司奖惩制度和计划,经批准后实施。
职能模块3:
Responsible for company performance appraisal and related work.
负责公司绩效考核及相关工作。
1.Supervision and implementation of various departments of staff assessment system implementation.
监督执行各部门员工考核制度的实施。
2. Regularly summarize the results of the performance appraisal departments, and write assessment analysis report.
定期汇总各部门绩效考核的结果,并撰写考核分析报告。
3. The organization will be the performance of staff appraisal results in a timely manner feedback.
组织将员工的绩效考核结果及时进行反馈。
