岗位职责
1、负责有关技术方面文件资料的收集、发放、借阅、建档、保管等管理工作；
2、负责各种沟通信息的传达与跟踪；
3、负责起草涉及研发活动和专业技术方面的简单公文；
4、负责研发部门的会议安排，记录，跟踪等；
5、负责宣传落实有关研发体系的管理规定及工作流程；
6、负责编制、汇总研发报表；
7、协助直接上级做好行政事务的内部管理；
8、完成上级主管临时交办的其他任务。
任职资格
1、1年以上相关工作经验。有过餐饮行业工作经验优先；
2、电子、通信、自动化等相关专业毕业，专科以上学历；
3、具有较全面的现代企业管理知识；
4、具有良好的口头表达能力及文字表达能力；
5、具有良好的团队意识及沟通能力；
6、具有高度责任感，办事认真，原则性强；
7、能熟练使用Office软件（Word、Excel、Visio）。
