职位描述：
?Timely deliver manpower with right quality and right quantity;
?Coordinate with related departments to arrange on-boarding procedure;
?Deliver headcount report related;
?Take charge of contract signing with new comers to ensure legal employment;
?Help to set up talent pool to better serve business request;
?Maintain & update training policies as well as related procedures according to Corporate Policy & Quality System requirements.
?Carry out & update training plan according to business development situation.
Select training facilities and evaluate training results in order to utilize training resources and maximize results.
?Delivery orientation to new employees as well as culture courses
Take responsibility in Mini-School running to support operation department in operators training and capabilities improvement as well as certification program.
?Enlarge certificated internal trainer members
. Organize various kinds of employee group activities to create a positive atmosphere among the whole team.

Qualification:
?At least three years in HR field in multinational manufacturing company, two years' experience in recruiting and staffing function;
?Good communication skill, integrity, open-minded and team player
?Familiar with Chongqing local labor law
