职位描述：
任职条件：
1、 全国985、211全日制高校本科及以上学历，经济、金融类专业优先；
2、 通过证券投资分析或证券投资咨询考试，通过基金从业考试；
3、 品行端正，工作细心，学习能力突出、抗压能力及执行力强；
4、 立志从事证券行业，具备无私奉献精神，具备强烈的上进心，具备较强的营销服务意识和能力；
5、 有社会资源优先；
岗位职责：
1、 服务维护营业部高净值客户，包含不限于大势分析、行业公司推荐、资产配置、账户诊断等服务；
2、 围绕财富中心各项指标，结合公司财富管理计划，展开名下客户的资产保值增值，资产盘活，佣金议价，存量客户资金引进，新增客户营销，产品配置，衍生产品学习与推荐等工作；
3、 积极配合营业部及其他部门，独立开展存量客户及渠道的理财沙龙活动；
4、 保质保量完成营业部安排的其他事情。

Wealth consultant
Requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor degrees or above, graduated from 985,211credential universities, major in economics and finance is preferred;
2. have passed the Security Investment Analysis or Security Investment Advisory examination, and passed the fund qualification examination;
3. wellconducted and careful at work, good ability to learn, to work under pressure, and strong enforcement;
4. determined to engage in the securities industry, with spirit of dedication, upward mobility, and consciousness of service marketing;
5. applicants with social resources are also preferred;

Responsibility:
1. serve and maintain clients, providing services including, but not limited to trend analysis, industry or company recommendation, asset allocation, and account diagnosis;
2. around the Key Performance Indicators of Fortune Center, combined with the wealth management plan, work on maintenance and appreciation of assets value, assets activation, fees negotiation, the stock of customer capital introduction, new customer marketing, product configuration, derivatives learning and recommendation, etc;
3. cooperate with the business department and other sectors, independently conduct financial seminar activities;
4. ensure the job qualities of all other tasks assigned by business department;
