Role priorities(职位要点)
- Creation, planning and delivery of the China Marketing Plan
建立,计划,实现中国市场计划。
- Supporting sales team across Asia to ensure adherence to corporate and product brand communications to the markets
支持亚太销售团队,保证产品品牌的市场忠诚度。
- Creation and development of engaging multi-media communication tools and promotional documents in appropriate languages, which include but not limited to flyers, brochures, data sheets, interactive documents, mailers, digital ads, videos,etc.
建立和开拓多渠道的市场推广工具和多语言的促销文案,包括但不限于:宣传单,手册,数据表,交互文案,邮寄广告,数码广告,视频,等等。
- Copy writting and proof reading of all marketing material
撰写,校对市场文案。
- Providing PR support for the sales team
为销售团队提供市场活动支持。
- Managing of all contents on China websites
管理所有中文网站的内容。
- Development of CRM programm using segmentations and creating targeted marketing campaigns
使用CRM工具中的市场分类开发目标市场的市场活动。
- Planning, organisation and execution of a number of activities including exhibitions, conferences, trainings, webinars, customer visitsas well as chairing internal ad-hoc projects
计划、组织,执行一定量的展会、研讨会、培训、网络研讨会、客户参观和内部项目会。
- Required to travel within China as dictated by business needs
需要不定期根据业务需要在国内出差。
Authority and control(权限)
- Manage and liaise with external agencies (designers and printers) and ensure material is delivered on time and to budget
负责管理联络外部供应商(设计公司和打印公司)以保证市场材料及时到位并控制在预算之内。
- Full marketing budget control and management

Education & Work experience(教育背景和工作资历)
- Higher business bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent
本科或以上的市场及相关商科学位
- Five years’ experience minimum in marketing including significant experience in driving marketing communications
不少于五年市场宣传相关工作经验。
- Demonstrate solid marketing background in Manufacturing environment
制造业相关的市场宣传背景。
