ASSIGNMENT (main responsibilities):
Cash management
* Keep cash box safe and secured
* Keep cash box key and password safe and secured
* Perform cash payment timely and accurately
* Perform monthly cash count and reconcile with booking
E-banking operation
* Upload bank payments timely and accurately
* Reply to enquiries about bank payment status
* Keep close communication with banks if any issues related with e-banking operation
* Keep close communication with treasury team to provide required information
* Get bank payments authorized by proper approvers in e-banking system
* Collect supporting documents and settle the exchange of "paid in capital''
Issue checks and other bank forms
Cashing pooling manual sweeping from pool participants to pool head
COMPETENCE
Knowledge/Experience:
* Basic knowledge of accounting processes
* Working experience as cashier
* Experience in use of automatic accounting systems
* Proficient in MS Office skills
Capabilities/Motivation:
* Clear communication
* Work both in a team and independently
* High sense of responsibility
* Down to earth
