Finance System team's vision is to be the competence centre in Asia Pacific, act as a bridge between global and China, to implement standard IKEA finance System, coordinate and well develop the financial concept, offer cost efficient invoice control service with high quality within IKEA entities.

TEC (Travel Expense Claim System) is a common solution for staff expense claim for all IKEA companies. Our task is to implement TEC and provide ongoing support in all Asia IKEA companies, responsible for checking and verifying the claims for China, Japan and Australia. We are looking for a person sharing the same value, with great potentials to further develop in the companies.

Main responsibilities
? Verify TEC claims for China, Japan and Australia, make sure all the information is correct and release the claims to accounting system for payment;
? Contact users and managers in time to make sure the problems can be solved in time;
? Coordinate with related business partner eg HR CDS responsible, BN, accounting to solve some source system problems;
? Communicate with TEC superuser for the problems found during the process, to find a better solution
? Provide in-time support to the users and help them solve problems
? Follow the working routine and make sure all the claims are released to accounting system in time, raise the issue immediately to global IT if there is any claim missing
? File the claims in an organized way
? Ongoing support to AP countries as Asia TEC helpdesk
? Participate/Conduct Trainings for new functionality or system upgrade

Knowledge/Education
? Bachelor degree in finance or relevant area
? Basic accounting knowledge, working experience in finance or system area is preferred
