Facilitate the OD process and drive OD initiatives at Plant including Talent Management, Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Engagement & Communication, etc.
在工厂内执行组织发展的流程和推动组织发展项目,包括人才管理,领导力发展,学习及发展,招聘选拔、绩效管理、敬业度和沟通等。
Principle Accountabilities

Facilitating talent management process at Plant to ensure continued growth and successful achievement of business objectives.
在工厂执行人才管理流程,以确保持续发展和达成企业目标。
Provide accurate tracking and analysis of the talent status of Plant and help organize exposure activities for the talents.
提供工厂内人才状况的精确跟踪和分析,协助组织人才发展的各项活动。
Drive and execute OD related initiatives, projects & assignments at Plant
在工厂内推动和执行组织发展的相关活动、项目和委派的任务。
Drive and deploying training and development programs and process including needs analysis, training plan, program delivery and evaluation to reduce competency gaps
开展和部署培训和发展项目和程序,包括需求分析,培训计划,培训实施和评估以提高能力。
Identify, assess and select appropriate resources to support the implementation of OD initiatives
识别、评估和选择适当的资源,以支持组织发展活动的实施。
Promote the visibility of the OD function throughout the organization and act as internal consultant to provide consultancy based on specific requests
担当内部顾问和提供专业咨询,提升组织发展的专业形象和重要战略地位。
Facilitate the implementation of recruitment strategy, process at Plant and ensure vacancies are filled with quality candidates within the agreed lead time.
协助工厂正确执行招聘策略和流程,确保在指定的时间内满足对高质素的人才需求。
Drive & facilitate the implementation of performance management process at Plant
在工厂推动和执行绩效管理流程
Develop and reinforce effective communication channels at Plant.
在工厂发展和加强有效沟通的渠道。
Plan and budget communication activities including employee activities
计划和制订沟通活动包括员工活动的预算。
Facilitate the employee engagement process.
推动员工的敬业度流程。
Positions Requirements
岗位能力要求
Undergraduate’s Degree or above.
本科或以上学业
3-5 year experience in plant operation as HR management.
3-5年工厂HR 管理经验
Ability of information collecting and analysis
信息收集,整理和分析能力
Ability of project management and team coordination
项目管理和团队协调能力
Good knowledge in legal ramifications
良好的法律/安全知识
Good command of English
