职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1. Take overall responsibility for tax related matters in DIC Greater China region. Conduct day to day tax law/policy research, summary and publish.  
2. Coordinates with DIC HQ tax department for cross-border business transactions and provide supports to DCN CFC and CFO for regional tax planning
3. Take responsibility for the transfer pricing (TP) matters for all DIC entities in Greater China region, including TP policy & execution, coordination of TP filing / documentation for all DCN subsidiaries
4. Provide guidance to DCN subsidiaries on tax filings. Conduct health check to help subsidiaries improving the tax positions. Provide possible proposal to maximizing the tax incentative in group entities
5. Provide guidance to the DCN subsidiaries in case there is a tax audit; take proactive approach in coordination with DCN subsidiaries for preparation and reaction to the tax audit.
6. Provide tax advice to the management for tax optimization/effective on project base if any, such as M&A, Re-structuring and etc.
7. Create monthly, quarterly and yearly analysis report to disclose the tax positions/risks in group entities.
8. Provide on site support to subsidiaries to make communicatation with local tax authority if required
9. Other ad hoc tax related jobs

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree in tax, Accounting, Finance or Economics
2. Minimum 5 years experience in multinational company or Tax Consultant Company in tax field
3. Having expeience to be as the key role work in project with follow-up skill
4. Having experience in TP documents preparation or review
5.Good knowledge in both TP and general tax including familiar of CIT filing
6. Good English both Oral and Written
7. Good understanding of tax compliance
8. Good experience in consulting clients 举报 分享
