职位描述
Mission:
Ensure the tooling in production conditions as per SEMW needs, in terms of tooling cost, part price & delivery; Support growth, productivity through tooling realization and management.
?To support tooling component localization within new products launch projects
?To contribute to rebalancing projects in collaboration with purchasing team
?To provide tooling technical support for SEMW internal needs
?To coordinate with functional departments to ensure effective implementation of localization projects.
?To audit & qualify tooling-concerned suppliers for existing & new product needs
Responsibility:
To follow up tooling capacity to guarantee no parts shortage in production line
To settle and control a maintenance plan for tooling (budget, planned tasks, database, ... )
To define and plan the new tooling investment (budget, commit, incur)
To support go west project, lead SSIC tooling transfer from tooling status assessment to mass production.
Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above in manufacturing or tooling engineering
Preferable 10 years (min. 8 yrs) successful experience in tooling design and manufacturing within a factory.
Strong knowledge of tooling design and manufacturing
Strong background in plastic moulding process or stamping process
Good leadership to work as functional position
Fluent in English
