职位描述：
负责公司来访人员的接待，办公室电话的接听和过滤。
负责公司员工考勤的管理，月度考勤的汇总和职工年休假的管理。
负责办公用品的购买和领用登记，办公用品台账的造册及员工名片的印刷等。
负责公司快件的签发、管理，文件的传真及复印。
负责办公设备、办公室环境、会议室环境的维护和管理。
负责公司销售人员出差行程管理，包括但不限于预订酒店、机票、火车票等。
协助处理与销售辅助有关的工作：报价、合同、发货、发票跟踪及其他相关的行政工作。
协助内部沟通，实时完善客户信息表。
协助公司E-business推广和服务工作
协助主管完善部门规章制度和操作流程与规范，做好销售的后台支持
总经理及上级领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格
1、大专及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语类专业；
2、1年以上商务相关领域工作经验；
3、英语及计算机运用熟练，有一定财务知识者优先考虑；
4、良好的语言表达及较强的沟通能力，工作认真细致，积极进取，善于学习与创新。
