1. Order handling and related data updated.
订单处理及数据维护更新；
2.Prepare contracts, documents and letters for sales managers and sales representatives including translation work.
为部门经理和销售员准备销售合同、资料、信函且承担翻译工作；
3.Assist sales to follow-up various internal activities and ensure the orders finish as planned.
协助销售完成各种公司内部的联络协调事项，确保订单的按时完成；
4.Assist sales to contact the customers to get the correct information timely which is necessary for order handling.
协助销售与客户联络以及时获得完成订单必须的相关信息；
5.Prepare sales reports and maintain department internal databases.
负责制作销售报表、及时更新销售数据；
6.Support the sales team by collecting industry-related information through various channels.
通过各种渠道为销售收集各种有用信息；
7.Assist sales to prepare related bidding and quotation job
协助销售完成招投标各项工作
8.Other tasks arranged by the Manager.
部门经理安排的其他工作。


任职要求
1.College graduate or above
大专或以上
2.Good command of both spoken and written English
英语口语、书写流利
3.Fresh graduates in 2015，related experience.
2015应届毕业生，有相关经验者优先。
4.Be good at Windows and MS office, especially excel and access.

公司现有员工102人，其中工程师20 人，销售10人，施工团队65 人，注册资金为508 万元。为更快更便捷的服务于不同区域的客户，经公司多年来的不懈努力和快速发展，我们分别在重庆、天津、合肥、深圳成立分公司，同时为保证项目进度于昆山成立了设备及管道加工厂。在过去的10年中，公司共计完成百余项大型工程，工程满意度100％，在承建的工程项目中也均得到客户的一致好评。
公司年平均销售额8000万-1.2亿，年均承接项目几十项，平均出货量为大型项目（500万以上）约10-20套，中小型项目百余套。
汉特环保提供全系列的空气净化处理系统，应用于金属加工、制药、电子、化学、医药、涂料、食品等行业，产品系列包括油雾净化系统、除尘系统、湿式除尘系统、Vocs废气治理系统等，主要客户有：默克医药、阿斯利康、康宁、圣戈班、格力、内蒙中环、上海大众、上海变速器、上海汽车、长安福特、长安汽车、上汽通用、江淮汽车、上汽通用五菱、长城汽车、卡斯马、潍柴、上柴、GF、SEW、青山变速器等国际知名企业。
