Prepare necessary doc. for complete execution of import and export operations in time.
准备必要的进出口文件以及时完成进出口通关手续。
Connect with logistics companies to deliver the goods timely for both domestic and oversea.
联系物流公司，及时出运国内外货物。
Manage Customs and service companies for proper and timely Customs clearance and ensure smooth and effective procedures, without mistakes which could cause penalties with Customs.
管理报关和服务公司进行适当和及时的清关,确保进程顺利和高效,没有可能导致海关处罚的错误
Coordinate with mother company’s and customers’ logistics department to manage the import and export operations (sending packing lists, choosing best way of delivery, which type of containers, etc.).
与母公司和客户的物流部门协调管理进出口业务(发送包装清单、选择最好的交付方式、集装箱箱型等)
Settle the cost with customs broker and logistics company and pass invoice to Finance in time.
跟报关行以及货运公司结算费用，并及时递交发票给财务
Do other works assigned by the superiors and works relating to these mentioned above
完成上级交办的其他事项和上面提到的相关工作。
岗位要求：
3 years import/export experience or above, foreign company experience priority.
有进出口3年以上工作经验，外资企业优先
Ability to work independently in logistics dept.
能独立完成物流部门的工作
