Job description:
New workstations and facilities installation
Follow Brose equipment and machinery standard to check the new equipments
Troubleshooting in mechanical or electrical area
Developing preventive maintenance schedule in mechanical or electrical area, monitoring the operating status and analyzing the PM result
Developing spare parts list and control inventory level
PLC programming and workshop machine network setup
Developing training schedule and make the training be followed on schedule, training, evaluation
Machines' checking ,inspecting, repairing and modification
Find the weakness of the workstations, and find solution to optimize the control system
Co-operate with others outside service provider for solving problems or optimizing the work stations
Power stations and power distribution management
Technical support for investment
Monitors and adheres to recommended safety requirements, Maintains safety and good housekeeping standards
Job requirement:
Bachelor degree in mechanism manufacture or electric or relative major, PLC hardware and software,human-machine interface course,power distribution course
3 years experience on mechanical or electrical maintenance & repairing
Trainer ability, team working ability
Knowledge of computer controlled machines, detailed knowledge of PLC's and PC-Controls
Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical components and devices
Ability to solve highly complex problems under pressure with systematic and logical approach
knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and standards
making decision ability, analyzing ability
