职责描述：
行政事务：
1.负责日常行政办公事项，如租用办公室，办公家具采购，办公用品采购及管理，各项办公费用的预算和控制；
2.办公环境（装饰，绿化，清洁等）的维护，固定资产维护和管理；
3.协助完善并执行各种内部规章制度，如考勤，文档保管，计算机使用等制度；
4.资料保管，合同管理，包括劳动合同，社保关系，客户合同等；
5.负责公司和专业人员各种资格年检，会员费缴纳；
6.外联工作；
7.其他日常事务性工作。
人事：
1.协助HR经理/招聘专员进行人员招聘，开发和维护招聘渠道，收集并初选候选人；
2.推行公司各类规章制度的实施；
3.执行、协调员工的聘用、福利、培训、员工关系等人力资源管理工作；
4.管理劳动合同，办理用工、退工手续，办理社保；
5.负责管理人力资源相关文件和档案；
6.协助进行公司文化的建立和发展。
应聘要求：
1 重点大学统招本科及以上，行政管理，人力资源和法律等相关专业，2年以上行政人事助理工作经验；
2 英语听说读写流利，cet 6级或海外求学工作经历；
3 熟练使用办公软件word,excel, ppt等，良好的windows系统操作技巧；良好的电子文档归类整理技巧，优秀的写作能力；熟悉打印机、扫描仪、传真机等基本办公设备使用；
4 熟悉社保人事和相关劳动政策，熟悉劳动合同法律法规，熟悉经济合同法律优先；
5 细心，工作积极主动，独立性强，良好的团队合作精神，良好的组织协调能力；
6 有激情，善于挑战自己，愿意在创业型公司发展，和公司一起成长。
