Job Description职位描述:
1、Office Admin duties办公室行政职责；
2、Casher出纳； 1)、负责现金、银行的收付工作及银行相关业务的办理；
2)、协助管理现金，银行日记帐，做到帐实相符；
3)、准时向客人发送催款通知；
4)、准时支付款项；
5)、现金管理；
6)、编制员工费用报表；
3、Paying client bills管理和支付客户每月物管水电气等各项费用；
4、Taking care of Employee Contract, Business License, Foreign employee visa and insurance, etc. 管理员工合同、工商证照变更、外籍员工签证/保险等；


Requirements任职要求:
1、会计类大专以上学历Min Diploma and above in finance, accounting from a recognized institution;
2、至少有一年以上相关工作经验Experience in multinational companies, at lease 1 years, fresh graduates would also be acceptable;
3、计算机操作熟练，熟悉日常办公及财务软件Proficiency in Microsoft Office, software and computerized accounting systems;
4、良好沟通能力，责任心强，积极热情, 能够承受较强工作压力Independent; good interpersonal skills and willing to work under pressure;
5、有较强的英语读写能力Good command of written and spoken English.
