Job Duty & Responsibility
工作职责
1. Production and maintenance of production orders;
制作并维护生产订单；
2. Report working hours into BANN system and finished processes and orders;
汇报员工工时入BAAN 系统，汇报工序完成、订单完成；
3. Follow and maintain department’s plan in MS Project;
跟踪、维护MS project系统中的部门计划；
4. Manage daily documents and files used in workshop;
管理办公室日常文档及车间使用文件；
5. Other works assigned by supervisor.
完成上级领导分配的其他工作

Others其它:
1. Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.
理解并严格遵守公司的规章、制度、政策、说明、流程，以确保行为表现符合公司的期望并能达到工作绩效的要求以避免产生不必要的冲突。
2. Have awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001.
具有ISO14001 & OHSAS18001质量管理体系意识.


Job Requirement & Qualification
任职要求
1. Technical secondary school or above with basic English reading and writing skill;
中专以上学历，基本的英语读、写能力；
2. Good computer knowledge, including MS-office and ERP;
熟练的电脑技能，包括办公软件、ERP软件；
3. Understand general mechanical processing drawings;
能看懂一般机械加工图纸；
4. Good attitude and Strong team working spirit oral;
良好的工作态度和团队合作精神；
5. Related working experience of machinery factory.
