职位描述：
Working location:
First 8 months at contractor’s office in Hangzhou or Shanghai then relocated to Chongqing job site till Nov 2018

Required Competency:
1、Bachelor degree or above and test for English majors，Grade 8
2、Above 1 years of project procurement and contracting management working experience,
3、Has experience of managing commercial contracts, experience on contract terms and conditions monitoring
4、Good skill of negotiation
5、Able to travel and relocation as required during project execution

Job description:

Functional requirement:

1.EPC contract management
a)Daily admin work of EPC contracts execution. Monitor contractor achievement and progress of deliverable
b)Interface with contractor with support from BASF contracting manager
c)Understand national contract regulations
d)Clear understand all project contract documents and familiar with the contract clauses, assist to project manager to ensure owner’s and contractor’s obligation carried out timely according contracts
e)Monitor and report deviations from contracts during execution phase
 f)Scope change control and negotiation
g)Payment schedule control
h)Payment documents review and confirmation
 i)Maintain log of contract execution
 j)Prepare monthly contract execution report
k)Prepare contract close reports

a)Contract negotiation
b)LDI contract management
c)Service contract management
d)Construction contract management
e)Procurement contract follow up and contract logs
