建立和发展工厂工资的程序和标准
Prepares monthly payroll, forecast labor cost’s budget to meet business needing.
满足运营的需要,准备每月的工资、预测和人工成本预算
Develops and handles Performance Appraisal Procedure to realize its hauling function
发展和管理绩效评估程序以实现其牵引作用
Reduces labour risks and deals with labour disputes
降低劳工风险,合理处置劳工纠纷
Manages vendors performance to improve their service capabilities
管理供应商绩效,提高他们的服务能力

Builds and develops procedures and standards of Payroll System
建立和发展工厂工资的程序和标准
.Examines the entire Payroll System for ensuring its operation standards are developed.
不时地分析工资制作的整个环节,实现工资各项作业的标准化;
.Analyzes the root reason of payroll errors to detecting existing and potential errors and accordingly determines corrective /preventative measures. e.g. IT
分析每月工资计算错误的根本原因,使用IT及防错的手段避免再次发生
.Ensures the entire Payroll System’s operation complies with the requirements of HR internal audits and SOX audit.
确保工资各项作业符合HR和SOX审核的要求
Prepares monthly payroll, forecast labor cost’s budget to meet business needing.
满足运营的需要,准备每月的工资,预测和人工成本预算
.Remains high sensitive to changes in wages to make sure every change has understandable cause.
对每月工资的变动保持高度的敏感性,确保每一项工资变动都有合理的解释
.Analyzes every change of the item/structure in wages and offers improvement actions plan monthly.
每月分析工资各项结构的变化,并提出改善的建议
.Focuses on the changes of monthly sales volumes, headcount and CI highly, and prepares the reasonable forecast of monthly wage.
高度关注每月销量、人头、CI等变化,根据变化准备合理的工资预测数据
.Maintains entire wage’s data properly
妥善保存工资福利数据
.Tracks and investigates the market prices and business changes to prepare and controls the budget of labor cost.
跟踪和调查市场薪资数据和业务变化,以准备和控制人工成本预算
.Compares the actual labor costs with annual budget and rolling forecast for every month, makes the major differences to have rational explanation and related correction plans.
每月比较实际人工成本支出与年度预算,滚动预测的差异,对于重大的差异作出合理的解释和相关的改进行动
Develops and handles Performance Appraisal Procedure to realize its hauling function
发展和管理绩效评估程序以实现其牵引作用
.Establishes and develops PAP and realizes both of individual’s and organization’s improvement by the promoting of the functional department’s coaching and appraisal abilities.
建立和发展员工业绩评估平台,通过促进公司职能部门(EHS,5S,QA…)的监督评估和辅导能力,实现个人绩效和组织绩效之间的发展
.Studies current KPI to quantify/refine employees’ performance indicators and targets.
研究现有的KPI考核制度,不断量化/细化员工评估考核指标和目标
.Tracks employees’ performance achievement, defines qualities and abilities of good performers
跟踪员工的业绩达成,定义高绩效员工的素质与能力
.Evaluates traction effects in positive of KPI system and offers improvement plans
评估KPI的正向牵引效果,并提出改进方案
Reduces labour risks and deals with labour disputes
降低劳工风险,合理处置劳工纠纷
.Studies government regulations, finds the gap of the current status and recognizes majors labour risks in advance
研究现行的劳工法律,评估现状差距,提前识别重大劳工风险项目
.Deals with labour disputes with lawful, reasonable and compliance
合理合规地处理劳工纠纷事件.
Manages vendors performance to improve their service capabilities
管理供应商绩效,提高他们的服务能力
.Manages related vendors to ensure their performance to meet business expectation and contracts’ requirements

Education
教育 Bachelor or above degree in Human Resources or Psychology or equivalent
人力资源管理或心理学等相关专业本科以上学历
Job experience
工作经验 ?
3 years or more relevant experience in HR, experience in foreign-owned enterprises or JVs will be an added advantage
3年或以上HR相关工作经验,有外企或合资单位经验者更佳
