Duties and Responsibilities:

· China office daily cash management and daily bank income and payment business

· Make cash statement, bank daily report and bank reconciliation of China office

· Take charge of foreign currency settlement

· Keep business communication with Bank and Foreign Currency Management Bureau

· Audit China office daily expenses reports

· Perform daily financial activities and transactions of Japan office, ensure to finish all transactions timely and correctly, print and file related vouchers and reports

· Prepare monthly financial package and all support reports for Japan and Thailand office

· Responsible for cash balance and cash rolling forecast report for Japan and Thailand office

· Prepare monthly financial rolling forecast reports and monthly analysis report for Japan and Thailand office

· Hyperion uploading for actual and forecast package

· Complete timely other jobs assigned by department head

Education:

· University degree, majoring in Accounting/Finance/Economics or relative

· Be familiar with Chinese Accounting Regulations and US GAAP

Experience Required:

· At least 2 years working experience in foreign invested company

· Be highly responsible and efficient, Self-motivation and good interpersonal skill.

· Good command of English, better oral & written comprehension

· Familiar with ACCPAC, Hyperion experience will be a plus
