职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- To grow revenue and profits by providing service excellence through
- Timely complete CO handling with excellent communication with working partners
- Arrange shipping schedule and shipping document base on promise to customers
- Cooperate with vendors for shipping tracking and tracing
- Monitor the shipping process and handle outstanding found
- Support order management process optimization and automation
- Responsible for DIFOT (delivery in- full on- time)to customer for intercompany orders from QP
- Support Intercompany shipment management and optimization
- QP Intercompany sales budget and trend monitoring
- Support Online CO trace and track


Technical Competencies:
- Solid Customer Order handling and export shipment management
- Solid shipping management experience
- Solid experience on Import & Export operation
- Customer enquiry handling experience
- Good process knowledge
- Certificate for CIQ, Customs declaration will be a plus
- Customer claim handling skill
- Mindset of safety first and cost control
- Fluent in English
- Logistics/ Supply Chain knowledge and methodology
- Diploma or Degree hold
