职位描述：
Sales Coordinator (support accounting team as Cashier function):
> To perform all secretarial and administrative duties of the Sales Department with a view to enhancing efficiently and productivity of the sales personnel for achieving profit objectives of the Company.
> AR monitoring
> Billing tax invoice timely according to EI billing
> In charge of cash and check collection and routine bank processing
> Prepare vouchers (DP, CK, JOV, JOE, RI etc.)
> Prepare weekly net revenue and tonnage report
> Check daily payment and prepare disbursement
> Check expense report and prepare disbursement
> Filling documents
> Assist annual fixed asset inventory
> Assist in month-end closing tasks
> Other work assigned by supervisor

Minimum Education &
Experience:
College degree or above, major in accounting or finance prefer;
1 or 2yrs of this industry working experience. 举报 分享
