JOB DESCRIPTION:
As Sarment HR Executive, the position holder will be supporting the HR Manager China on the human resources activities implementation and the help on the delivery of people management strategies.

This position will report to HR Manager of Sarment China.

The position will entail the following responsibilities:
Ensure the implementation of the corporate policies to each staff in each branch office;
Execute HR programs in line with the local laws and regulations;
Monitor the whole process of employment and exit according to company policy;
Support on the payroll and social welfare computation;
Take initiatives to support staff career development and retention with training actions;
Participate into the staff performance evaluation programs;
Implement the employee engagement programs for the enhancement of team building;
Collect competitors talent market information, update and analyse for the management team;
Provide supporting on HR reports generation, filing and handling;
Assist to properly manage the employee relations and assure a constructive and collaborative corporate climate;
Support the recruitment process to complete the recruitment assignments within time plan if necessary;
Other duties assigned by the line manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Above 3 years relevant HR working experience
Familiar with the China HR laws and regulations
Open communication skills
Strong sense of discipline
Proactive & high responsibility
Details oriented
